The Website is operated by Finlay Riggott, operating as a Sole Trader in the United Kingdom, trading as Social Value Bidder (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

3. Website Use and Waitlist

Current Phase: The Website is currently a landing page operating in a “Private Beta / Waitlist” phase. We are not yet providing access to the Social Value Bidder software or processing any payments.
Waitlist: Joining the waitlist does not guarantee you access to the private beta or the final software product. We reserve the right to admit users to the beta programme at our sole discretion.
Lawful Use: You may use our Website only for lawful purposes. You must not use our Website in any way that breaches any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.

Public procurement is subject to independent evaluation criteria, and our software acts strictly as an assistive tool. The ultimate responsibility for the accuracy, quality, and success of any submitted bid remains entirely with you.
